NORDCARB Active carbons
Nordcarb GZ8
Nordcarb G28 is a mineral granular active carbon. Thanks to its good mechanical strength, great porosity, excellent adsorbing capacity towards many organic pollutants including surfactants, phenols, tannins and chloro-derivatives. Nordcarb GZ8 is used for treatment and decolorization of water for human consumption, in civil and industrial waste waters. It is also widely used for industrial emissions treatments.

Nordcarb SP 12 is a mineral active carbon in powder, activated with water steam, characterized by medium porosity and low microporosity. The product is particularly suitable for the absorption of significant amounts of organic contaminants. It is also applied in drinking water treatment, in civil and industrial waste water treatment, in decolorization, in purification of food and pharmaceutical products. The product is also suitable for absorbtion of heavy metals contained in emissions produced by thermal combustion of solid urban and medical waste.
